By accessing or using kanutus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

kanutus is an AI-powered job search platform, including:

• Job search and listing
• Autonomous AI agent that searches and applies to jobs for you
• Intelligent resume creation and adaptation
• Automatic application to jobs matching your profile

The service is operated by CODEMART LLC, doing business as kanutus. CODEMART LLC is a limited liability company established in the United States.

You can create an account using social login (Google or LinkedIn). Requirements:

• Must have reached the age of majority in your country of residence
• Must provide accurate information to the social login provider
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Must not share account credentials
• Must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

kanutus offers an autonomous agent that searches for jobs, creates resumes, and applies to opportunities on your behalf. By activating the agent, you understand that:

• The agent acts based on the preferences and data you provided
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume information
• Applications made by the agent are your responsibility
• We do not guarantee hiring, interviews, or employer responses
• You can disable the agent at any time in settings

kanutus offers optional LinkedIn automation features powered by a third-party service provider (Unipile). By connecting your LinkedIn account and enabling these features, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You voluntarily and explicitly authorize kanutus to perform actions on your LinkedIn account on your behalf, including but not limited to: sending connection invitations, sending and replying to messages, and accepting connection requests
• LinkedIn automation is provided through Unipile, an independent third-party service. kanutus acts solely as an intermediary and is NOT the direct operator of the automation
• The use of automation tools may conflict with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. You acknowledge that you have read and understand LinkedIn's policies and accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of these features on your account
• Your LinkedIn account may be subject to restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans by LinkedIn as a result of automated activity. CODEMART LLC and kanutus bear NO responsibility for any actions taken by LinkedIn against your account
• By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize the sharing of your LinkedIn session data with Unipile for the sole purpose of executing the automated actions you requested
• CODEMART LLC, kanutus, and their affiliates are fully exempt from any liability, damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of LinkedIn automation features, including but not limited to: account suspension, loss of connections, missed opportunities, or reputational damage
• You can disconnect your LinkedIn account and revoke automation permissions at any time through your account settings. Disconnection takes effect immediately for future actions but does not reverse actions already performed
• LinkedIn automation is entirely opt-in. It is never activated without your explicit consent and can be disabled at any time

BY CONNECTING YOUR LINKEDIN ACCOUNT AND ENABLING AUTOMATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS ABOVE. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THESE FEATURES.

kanutus operates on a credit-based system:

Pay As You Go

• Buy credits and use as needed — credits do not expire
• Full flexibility, no monthly commitment

Subscription

• Automatic renewal at the end of each period
• You can cancel at any time — takes effect at the end of the billing cycle
• Cancellations do not result in prorated refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe, our secure payment provider.

Credits are non-refundable, except as required by law.

You agree NOT to use the platform to:

• Provide false information in resumes or applications
• Impersonate another person or use a false identity
• Send mass applications in an abusive manner
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access underlying systems
• Interfere with platform operations
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Extract platform data in an automated manner without authorization

Regarding content generated on the platform:

• You retain ownership of the resumes you create
• You grant kanutus a limited license to store and process your content for service delivery
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume content
• AI-generated resumes should be reviewed by you before submission

CODEMART LLC and kanutus are NOT responsible for:

• Misuse of the platform by users
• Results of applications or hiring processes
• Actions of employers or third-party job platforms
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Applications made by the autonomous agent based on user-provided data

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CODEMART LLC, kanutus, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, information you provided, violation of these Terms, or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion. Reasons include:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Abusive use of the autonomous agent or platform
• At our discretion for any reason

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the jurisdiction where CODEMART LLC is registered. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where CODEMART LLC is registered.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
